    I really wish that I could give 5 stars for work that was done on my house, but unfortunately, I cannot. My experience with DCOne Connect was anything but enjoyable. When I originally spoke with ******, the owner, he was polite and promising. He said that he would get my roof done with no money out of pocket and that I would actually get to keep some. When I finally got my approval back from my insurance company (AFTER the roof was installed - yes, they did the roof before my insurance sent me approval) we sat down and went over everything that was being covered. I even emailed him all of the papers and sent them through text. He was well aware of everything that was being covered. We had asked that they not do work when it was under 40 degrees outside. We asked multiple times, but they went ahead anyway. When I got a chance to really look at the shingles, I saw so many mistakes and they looked horrible. They were too close together that they still aren't laying correctly. I had them come out and redo a part because they gave me a random short row that shouldn't have been there. I had to fight with them to get the drip **** (that's CODE) put on that my insurance company was paying for. They did gutters with no gutter aprons (all covered) and siding with no starter strip, no new vapor barrier, (we had to fight to get those done eventually after he tried saying he would just deduct it), nothing sealed, sloppy cuts around everything, too tight together, under 40 degrees (so now it's bubbling out). I have picked up over 100 nails in my yard where my kids play. It was a fight every step of the way to get things done correctly (which it still isn't). I text him 23 days ago with a picture of the siding bubbling (as he claims there's a 10 year labor warranty), letting him know that's why we asked for temperature regulations, that nothing was sealed like he said it was, and letting him know that the shingles never laid, and he has yet to reply.10/10 do NOT recommend

    DCOne Connect was phenomenal in helping me with my parents replacing their roof. My parents had a lot of questions, and the owner answered all of them with compassion. His communication was great, and turn around time for installation was very quick. It only took one day. He was prompt, and his crew was excellent. They leave your home as they found it, without debris, shingles, or nails anywhere. A great cleanup job! That was my mother's worry, but they truly impressed us overall. I would highly recommend DCOne Connect for all your roofing needs and more.

    Hired DC One for a roof that needed replaced. Communication was excellent, they were flexible with our needs. Installed the roof in a day. It looks amazing and the clean up was top notch. You couldn't even tell they were there. I will be calling DC for all my projects.
