    We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to respond and address the concerns presented. At Indianapolis Roofing LLC, we take all customer matters seriously and remain committed to ensuring that every project is completed to the full satisfaction of our clients.


    After reviewing the customers detailed summary, we acknowledge there have been multiple service visits and communications related to the original repairs and subsequent concerns. While several steps have been taken to address the initial work, including repairs to the garage leak and tightening of the gutters, we recognize that further service is still required to fully resolve all concerns.


    To properly address this matter and bring full resolution:


    Comprehensive Leak Re-Diagnosis:
    We are actively working to schedule an on-site diagnostic appointment with the homeowner. This will allow us to thoroughly re-assess the source of the current leak and ensure that all contributing factors are identified with certainty.
    Scheduled Warranty Repair & Shingle Correction:
    Upon completion of the diagnostic inspection, we will promptly coordinate a service crew to:

    Perform the necessary leak repair work under the terms of our workmanship warranty.
    Remove and replace any mismatched shingles to ensure the roofing system is fully uniform and consistent with the originally contracted specifications.


    Final Quality Control Walkthrough:
    After the repairs are completed, we will conduct a full final walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure satisfaction, answer any remaining questions, and verify that all contracted work has been completed in accordance with professional standards.




    We remain fully committed to standing behind both our workmanship and customer service obligations. Our management team will continue to directly coordinate with the homeowner to ensure that the remaining items are resolved efficiently and thoroughly.

    Hi *****, thank you for responding quickly to my complaint. The best time frame this week for me in order to have someone to come out for the diagnostic inspection are Tuesday between 12:00 & 3:00, Wednesday between 8:00 am & 12:00 & Thursday between 8:00 and 12:00 also please respond through the BBB portal.      Thanks ***** Cole

    I'm now rejecting ***** **** response at Indianapolis Roofing due to them not holding up to the agreement that we had discussed. There are text messages and one e/mail between me and ***** form June 2nd through June 6th which are attached. also we had a civil conversation over the phone on June 3rd in which he assured me that all would be taken care, Although ***** came out on June 6th to re-diagnose the leak problem, he never stated where he thought the Leak continue to come from however he did state that he will send his contractors back out this past week to resolve  the issues but I've never hear from him since. I currently have more mold increasing on my garage ceiling, which he's been aware of, and it cannot be taken care of until the leak get fix, also I believe that my property value has been hinder because they put on two different mix match colors shingles on my roof. It's now very clear that they have breach their own contract and that they have no intentions of taking care of my ongoing issue. At this time, I'm asking that (all communication be made only though BBB and the ********** don't e/mail, Text, call me or come to my home. from this day forward).  I'm asking for full restitution and will be getting new estimates which will include replacing the shingles.       Thanks
