      Incredibly frustrating because of lack of communication. I had two issues: my doorbell camera was not picking up activity on my porch where the camera is located. And, I have now gone a month without being to see any video recordings from my doorbell camera. I have emailed and called them NUMEROUS times. Their same response for the second issue was that I needed to "reset" options for my recordings. I followed the steps they gave me, and it did not work. I again emailed and called numerous times, with no satisfactory response, or with the same "instructions" which did not work. They either do not read what information is sent to them, or they just do not seem to care. When I called last week, I was told by ***********************, Administrative Assistant, that they were "very busy" and that was why they had not gotten back to me. At one point I even told them the the first concern was not as important as the 2nd. Made no difference to them. They essentially send me the exact same message repeatedly. Also, They told me that I needed to buy more and more devices, even though the camera was installed by THEM only several years ago.

      **************, Thank you for reaching out and for being a long-term customer. As you mentioned you had issues with your doorbell camera that we installed around 5 years ago. Over the last 6 months we have troubleshot in excess of 8 times and several times on site with no charge. The last 3 times we spoke we informed you that a new doorbell camera needed to be installed, as it seems to not be operating as you expected. Thus you refused since you didn't want to invest any additional money into the system. Unfortunately, we were unable to troubleshoot any further as you expected and we had already informed you that it needed to be replaced. I wish you the best moving forward and thank you for your business over the years.
