    I have hired Intense Security Systems one before on my parents home and they did a wonderful job. I hired them again to do my new home that I had just purchased. I had them install 8 Lorex cameras. They mounted the cameras on the house and ran the wires in the attic, but ran out of cord. While in the attic, one of the new employees made my ceiling fall through in the garage. Not only the garage, but also the family room and hallway was stepped on as well. I was told by the owner that they would pay to repair everything so I was fine with it. This incident happened on July 30th. A contractor company showed up on August 4th, and only done half the job then left and have not been back since. I have contacted the contractor company and Intense Security to get this all resolved but no luck. On top of that, my security system isn't even installed completely. So now I am dealing with an incomplete install plus three areas in my home that is under construction due to the ceiling not being fixed. Below I have attached pictures. Today it is August 10th, with again zero resolution or communication. Next step is to go through court proceedings.

    I filed a claim with my insurance and also emailed you a certificate of insurance so you had all their information. The ****************** that was supposed to do the work I'm not sure what happened to them so I will be letting my insurance choose a contractor. I will put in a follow up email with them today. As far as the installation goes, I am short handed right now and don't have anyone trained to do residential installs as we do 98% commercial installations. I actually have been turning down residential work, the only reason I accepted was because you were a repeat customer. Nevertheless, I have reached out to a friend of mine, who has his own security company who will be giving you a call to help you out.

    I have contacted Intense Security Systems insurance and they stated they have no idea of an insurance claim submitted by the company. On top of that, Intense Security Systems also claimed to have someone reach out to me in regards of finishing the install and that has yet to happen. I have contacted an attorney because at this point in time Intense Security Systems is not wanting to pay for the damages they done. I have screenshots from 4 different people with evidence of the entire incident.

    I am still without my ceiling fixed and camera installation not complete. Intense Security will not give me an answer on when a contractor will fix my home and when they will be back to finish the install. Still currently waiting. This incident happened July 30, 2022 and it is now august 21, 2022. I made contact with their insurance and they have no idea what Im talking about. But **** has sent me paperwork claiming his claim was submitted. Still not fixed.
