My shower was installed in two days by ***. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Great people skills. If you need a shower installed I highly recommend ***. Love my new shower.

We had the Bath Experts team handle part of a full bathroom remodel and they did a wonderful job. From initial design planning through installation, they were professional, very knowledgeable, and always available when we had questions or needed clarification. They completed the demo and installation of our shower and tub in 1 day and everything looks great. We would absolutely recommend them for your bath remodel needs!Bath & Cabinet Experts

The installer *** did a terrific job with the new tub in our condo. He was right on time, completed the work efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and then showed us how to use all the controls. Haven't used it yet because need to wait for the seals to dry, but it looks beautiful!Bath & Cabinet Experts

I live in a fourth floor urban dwelling condominium, not your average house in the suburbs. My relationship with Bath Experts to install a new walk-in shower began in April, 2023. It is now July, 2023 and I am looking elsewhere for this service. After nearly three months of internal noncommunication between the original representative I talked to, the scheduling team, and the installers, my contract has been cancelled due to the installers' resistance to installing a walk-in shower in a "nontraditional" dwelling. I feel like this has been a complete waste of my time. If half a star rating was a choice, it would have been that.Bath & Cabinet Experts

The installers, ***** and ***, were excellent!! They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They completed the work in a timely matter, cleaned up all the debris and my bathroom was clean and my shower really sparkled. I would leave zero stars if I could. Very dishonest salesperson. We were told our shower would cost $5900 total. Little did we know that was just the down payment. It was never explained to ** that that total bill would be over $11,000. **** did he show ** a full copy of the contract. If I would have known it was $11,000 I never would have them do the work. Bath Experts will never be recommended to anyone!Bath & Cabinet Experts
