One day job, looks awesome, only had one man show up so I thought it might be a couple days, ***** has a excellent work ethic,very efficient always had something in his hands coming in and going out, very polite and clean work area , finished in 8 hoursBath & Cabinet Experts

****** and ******* did a great job. They worked two days on our shower. They worked both days all the way through without taking lunch breaks! Our shower looks like what you see in nice hotels. At this point in our lives, we wont be upgrading our shower again. It was well worth the price.Bath & Cabinet Experts

Took 3 times to get install of the shower to my satisfaction. However, they did so with speed and my shower is beautiful and the quality of the materials used were top notch. Three of their employees were amazing. ******* was exceptional when scheduling the initial install and requested repairs. She insured me they will make it right. Also **** and ******* took care of getting the repairs to my liking and I am very satisfied with the end results.Bath & Cabinet Experts

Did not provide a detailed quote at any point. I asked several Bath Experts to no avail. Was just given 3 price points depending on how quickly the deal was signed.Upon completion I found a defect that needs addressed. I have since paid in full (month later). No one has responded to emails.Install crew was polite. Left front door open all day for some reason. Found cigarette butts and screws in driveway. Shower is quality, just would like to see a detailed invoice that associates costs.Bath & Cabinet Experts

I was very pleased with the whole process. The phone call I started was very professional. The tracking data about my parts being made and shipped. The sale lady understanding what I wanted. The installed technician Chane, who was very professional, use of drop clothes, had all the equipment and parts, his work ethics was great. The engineering of the floor pan nice and solid. The phone calls and people who kept in touch. It took a total of ten weeks from start to finish. All parts are designed and made to fit. Got to use the walk in shower 24 hours after completion. The shower head assembly is great. Flushing the toilet does not affect the water pressure to temperature at all. The assembly meets a lot of codes. I would definitely would use them again. They also followed up to see if I was satisfied with everything. And I was.Bath & Cabinet Experts

We had our bathtub removed Q4 of last year. New tub and shower were installed. The craftsman quality was mediocre at best. The caulking was amateur and spots were missed. The walls had to be repaired after the installation because they cut through the lathe and there was no support behind it. The vertical moldings were too short so they had to be section together, leaving a very visable seam. We called them out twice to fix caulking. They agreed with us the caulking looked a mess but they failed to correct the several issues we had. Now the communication has completely stopped. We are disappointed with Bath Experts considering the amount of money we were charged.Bath & Cabinet Experts
