  I have used Jefferson Electric multiple times. They have done a rewire of my entire 100 year old home and most recently installed a Rivian EV charger. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and they are my go-to for any electrical solutions.

  Jefferson Electric installed rooftop solar for us in the spring of 2022. Their salesman and installers were prompt, professional, and answered all our questions. The system was beautifully installed and has run like a dream ever since. Jefferson Electric was recommended to us by several members of our church community who were very happy with their experience. Not only that, but Jefferson installed solar panels at our church and theyve been great. I received the recommendation from my friends and since our solar panels were installed, I have recommended Jefferson Electric to others in my turn, with no hesitations

  I purchased a solar rooftop and whole house battery back up system from Jefferson in October of 2020. I was particularly impressed with two things about Jefferson Electric: The knowledge and responsiveness of their salesperson and the neatness of their installation. I solicited proposals from three solar vendors. Jefferson was not the least expensive. However, salesperson ********************* was extremely knowledgeable unlike the other vendors. I could compose detailed emails asking lots of questions and he immediately responded, including lots of manufacturer's spec sheets. Jefferson provided me with four different design proposals and I was able to pick the best for my circumstances. As with most things during the pandemic, there were delays and parts shortages. The total project took over one year but I never felt that Jefferson was the cause.When parts were available, installation was very fast. Many solar installations I have seen consisted of lots of conduit running all over the roof and down the side of the house. Jefferson understands the concept of neat and workmanlike. All conduit is hidden under the panels and fished into my attic. From there the lines were fished inside a bathroom wall to the basement to my electrical panel. The required emergency cutoff switch on the outside of my house was also installed by fishing cables through the walls so there is no exposed conduit. There is simply one small box visible.Since installation, my power company rates have increased by approximately 28%. I was paying between $1100 and $1300 yearly before going solar. I added an EV to my electrical usage and now I pay between $100 and $200 yearly for my houselhold consumptpion and fuel for my EV. Plus, I pay the unavoidable customer grid connection charge and sales tax of approximately $200 yearly.Jefferson right sized my system, was easy to work with, and installed a neat and beautiful system. I highly recommend Jefferson Electric LLC.

  Jefferson Electric has helped us close out two residential projects recently. The services provided by *****, ******** and ****** have been exceptional. The Jefferson team is always helpful, decisive, and responds quickly. You know as well as I do that customer service sure isnt what it once was, but Jeffersons customer service is top notch. I greatly appreciate the work provided by their team. It has provided me peace of mind while closing out these project.

  I needed to have my solar system serviced because four of my panels were not producing any power. After speaking with my regular electrician, they suggested Jefferson Electric for the job. It took about 4 weeks to get a call back from Jefferson Electric to set up an appointment for them to come out and look at my system, but in late October I finally got one of their workmen, ****, to come out and look at it. **** was informed by my solar monitoring company that two of my micro inverters were defective and needed to be replaced. I asked how much this was going to cost right then and there and was told, IDK, but when I asked later, he said it was completely covered under warranty and would be free. **** replaced the inverters 10 days later, and we parted ways without him informing me that I would be expecting any type of invoice, while still informing me that I was covered under warranty. However, three days after service, I received an invoice from Jefferson Electric for $768.00. Perplexed, I contacted them, and a one ****************** informed me that I had been misled and that they were sorry for the misunderstanding and asked if I would be willing to pay half. I informed Mr. ***** that I would not pay because I was under no contractual obligation to do so, and he said okay, I will cancel the invoice. I considered the matter closed until I received a call from the company's owner, ***********************, who basically tried to tell me over the phone that ****** didn't have the authority to dissolve the invoice and that he wanted me to pay something, to which I replied that I might feel comfortable paying for the two service calls totaling $120. Nonetheless, ****************** seemed bothered by the amount and attempted to counter with $250, which I declined, and he threw a hissy fit on the phone, claiming that I didn't know the business and that he would refuse service in the future, at which point I told him the conversation was over.
