  Rectify was under contract since March 1, 2023 and we have nothing to show for it, 7 months later. Small simple 10 panel system should have been easy but Rectify won't respond and I'm out $ *****. Rectify Shop as been vacated for last several weeks with no forwarding address. Small claims court is our only chance to recover.************************************** area

  I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. We signed a contract with them in Nov '21 for work to be completed in May '22 for a large multi-house project. In Nov '22 the work was finally "completed." Throughout that time there was minimal to no communication, and the information I did receive was generic and vague. I would get text messages about a work crew coming to work on the install and no one would ever show up. I would get last minute text messages asking for access to inside areas they had previously claimed they didn't need access. At one point they informed me that they were uninstalling the inverter and "upgrading it " because of "supply issues." I have had them call and inform me that a "string of panels" was not functioning, only to have the tech arrive and say everything looks fine and it's all working. I still have never been given access to the system monitoring software, despite claims that I have, so I have no way of verifying if anything is working outside of random screenshots they send of their computer monitors. On top of all that, they have now charged me a "finance fee," while I wait to get straight answers about the monitoring. It has literally been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company and based on the other reviews here, it appears I'm not alone. When we finally get around to installing battery backup and EV chargers, we will most certainly be looking elsewhere.

  I would leave zero stars if I could. We signed a contract with Rectify on Oct 21, 2021. Rectify twice tried to trick us into signing amendments to the contract that would have given us a cheaper system at a higher price. They have still not installed the system, citing supply chain issues as the reason. In two days we found the brand name modules Rectify said they couldn't find in 7 months, as well as finding other acceptable alternatives. Rectify refused to buy them, and told us they were going to install generic Chinese panels instead with half the warranty. We bought the brand name panels that the contract stipulates ourselves then, and told Rectify to stay off our property. I could list so much more: they buried the electrical conduit so shallowly that my turkeys uncovered it. The owner seems to have a chronic lying problem, and has, among other things, told me 5 times in writing since March that my modules were either being ordered or had been ordered. He wants to charge us extra for warranties and materials that were included in our original contract, and refuses to install them unless we give him more money. We have already paid $22,853, and have nothing to show for it but racking. Rectify even insists that they installed an inverter which was never even delivered. Etc, etc... Stay far away!
