    ***** *****, alpha solar pros *** working for freedom forever, is calling into competitors and canceling projects by pretending to be the customer. This type of behavior should not be tolerated and is very unethical and harmful for the solar industry.

    I feel so fortunate to have found Solar Pros. After a now out of business company installed our system, and another now out of business company serviced it, our PV array had issues. Unlike the others, Solar Pros actually addressed the root cause of issues, and they did so very professionally. We also had a battery that required swap-out due to a warranty issue, and Solar Pros addressed that, as well. What a pleasant surprise! Solar Pros is exactly what we needed, but with so many challenging solar contractors out there, we thought we'd never find. If our solar array requires maintenance in the future, I know exactly who I am going to call--Solar Pros! Thank you!

    Solar Pros were great! **** and team did a full removal and reinstallation on my home and went right as planned. Will definitely reach out in the future if needed and highly recommend them for anyone with solar needs.

    **** from Solar Pros was fantastic. Unlike some others the I consulted with about our solar system, he did not hesitate serving our system. His responsiveness to our request was fanominal. Within ******************************************** to set up a time to make the 2.5 hour drive to see if he could get us back online. He went above and beyond and got ilus going in no time. He is very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. If anyone is looking for someone to service your solar we highly recommend reaching out to Solar Pros. We are going to be using him to come up here on a yearly basis to make sure that everything continues to work as it should. If your contractor that installed your system has closed their doors reach out to ****, he will get you all fixed up and working again.

    Solar Pros has been to my home twice to service my solar system which was installed by a different (now defunct) company. **** was polite, communicative, and most importantly -- did great work. He reached out to the equipment manager to understand the system, filed the warranty claims, and kept me informed throughout the process. He was willing to travel 3+ hours to service my system when a dozen local installers couldn't even call me back.Very pleased with my experience, happy to recommend or refer Solar Pros to anyone looking for solar system maintenance.
