I ordered tickets to the ************************* concert for the April 5, 2024 show (via ticketmaster). I paid for premium tickets in the first row, side of stage. When my wife and daughter arrived at the show, the views were obstructed. I called ticketmaster and they said go to the box office. The box office agreed that the tickets were indeed obstructed view. **** moved them to the middle of the stadium in row 24 so they could actually see the whole stage. I have since gone to ticketmaster to receive some sort of financial reimbursement for the false advertising on my "premium" tickets. Ticketmaster went back to the venue and the venue has denied any sort of reimbursement. They said customers were relocated to an equivalent area to what they paid for. This is far from what happened to my wife and daughter as that area is about 1/3 the cost of my tickets. I do not think it is right that these companies make money hand over fist and take advantage of people like myself. They should be held accountable for their false advertising. Lucas Oil is 100% aware that the advertised area is an obstructed view. When my wife talked to an *****, he said these seats had the same issue for a previous ******************* concert. I think it is deplorable that they know about the issue, yet continue to advertise these tickets as a premium area. We drove all the way from ********* to see the show. My daughter knows every word of his songs and it kills me that she had to deal with this non-sense. I think a picture speaks a thousand words, so I have uploaded a photo of their view

    Business Response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment your wife and daughter experienced during the ************************* concert on April 5, 2024.

We understand your frustration with the seating arrangements. We would like to clarify that the seat configurations for each tour can vary, and the tour organizers determined that the views from the seats you purchased were not considered obstructed.

When your wife and daughter reported their concern to the box office, they were relocated to the best comparable seats available at that time, in accordance with our policies and procedures. We strive to ensure all our customers have an enjoyable experience and relocate them to equivalent seating whenever possible in such situations.

While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we must adhere to our established policies. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and hope this clarifies our position on the matter.

Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to serve you in the future.

Should you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out! We will follow-up with a phone call to ensure receipt.

    Thanks!
