    We are owed a refund for services not provided. I am only asking for part of the refund and the business has sent me several emails telling me they have or will send the refund and then they never send it. This has been going on for 4 months and I don't believe she will refund our money without going to court. I would like to get this resolved so it can be kept out of court. I have several emails supporting my case.

    Due to a recent fraud attack on the companies business account. There are additional steps that need to be taken in order to process the refund. While the refund is still processing the bank gave a an extended waiting period for all transactions. The documents are attached that the refund has been sent to the bank. We do not control when they release the funds.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    The document provided by the business is NOT valid.  The refund was never received and I have several emails stating she would resend.  She stated her bank account was emptied, she was in a serious car crash, the excuses when on and on.  She first sent a paypal refund that was denied by her bank and then she sent me the same attachment that she uploaded to you.  When I told her after 2 weeks that it was not received, she stopped returning my messages.  Attached is my bank statement for account ending in **** dated from April 21st, 2023 (the date she claimed the payment was refunded) to today.  As you can see, we did not receive a deposit from her or even one in the amount of $850.00 which she claims she sent.

    I have been very responsive to *******. I have given her as much information as I have. I sent the refund on paypal and it was rejected due to the fraud that was done to my account. I then had a different payment platform that ***************** had previously paid on until I changed platforms. When the amount owed is $650 not $850. But I was told she filed with the court and I was being nice and covering court costs. Which actually turned out to be a fabricated statement. To be very honest I have no idea who ******* actually is I have never dealt with her regarding mine and ***************** agreement. as far as I am concerned she is an uninterested party in this matter.

    I am the Vice President of EAC Enterprises and am the owners spouse.  I have shown proof via my bank statement that the refund was NOT received.  If the monies were removed from her account, I would want to know where they went because they did not get credited to my account.  I just want our money back and she stopped responding to my messages after I told her we didn't get the refund.  We just want our money back.
