This company was an absolute pleasure to do business with! They installed a stair lift for me and the integrity, friendliness, and customer service was top notch from both ***** (owner) and ****** (installer). ***** was very compassionate, friendly and fair on the price. ****** was very skilled, friendly and detailed on the install process. He took his time to make sure everything was installed and placed perfectly to maximize the space provided for the lift. The stair lift is a wonderful asset to getting things up and down stairs, including myself. ***** answered all my questions and even anticipated some I had not thought of. He is courteous and is a source of good information...impressed....also, the installation person did a wonderful job, he too is knowledgeable, installed the stairlift so it fitted just right. then gave me complete instructions on its use and even demonstrated the use of it. Outstanding customer service provided by both ***** (owner) and *** (installer). Both not only answered all our questions and did a wonderful job on the installation, but they also treated my mother with respect and courtesy. We could definitely tell they had her best interest at heart during our discussions and wanted to meet her specific needs.
