    ****, who runs the company, is not only rude and unprofessional but also tried to scam me on my last months rent saying he could not prorate it. Which made no sense because i made a prorated payment when I first moved in. The maintenance is lousy and there was a bunch of disgusting furniture left by the owner when I moved in. The appliances were old and broke down as well. I would avoid this company and personally compare them to *** rentals or middle town property. Total joke!! Be aware

    Mental illness is a real issue and we don’t discriminate here at BSH. My immediate reaction to this review would be to go into all of the disrespect and lies being fed to me and my staff from this tenant, but instead, and knowing that this tenant was never scammed, I wish him the best of luck in his future and hope he gets the help he needs.
