      Your manager accused me of breaking a washer machine when I did no such! Another customer had told me the washer was messed up after my load started. I asked the manager for assistance in regard to a solution. Instead the first manager accused me of breaking the washer & the second manager would not provide solution to go to another washer machine on her dime! Instead she wanted me to pay again. I asked her to leave me alone & she called the police on me & trespassed me for no reason. I wasnt not physically aggressive nor did I become aggressive with other people. I have 2 witnesses that I have contact information for who can vouch. I was wrongfully accused of not doing anything except asking the manager to leave me alone wit my dripping wet clothes as I figured out a solution,

      We believe their is a misunderstanding of what happened.  The Manager and District Manager recall the incident and believe that the customer didn't want to wait and rewash the wet clothes.  We will be happy to pay the customer the requested $25 to resolve this issue.  We will attempt to contact her and resolve this to her satisfaction.  ********************* General Manager

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. However, there was NOT A MISUNDERSTANDING AT ALL! Your manager falsely called the police on me without any regard for a solution. Again, I was not vulgar with other customers or even her after asking to be left alone! She needs to be fired.
