    On 10/8/22, I went to Blend Cigar Bar in *************, **. One of their employees placed a fraudulent charge on my card. My bill was originally $21.18; however, a few days after I paid my bill I noticed that my server charged my card $37.42. I have contacted Blend Cigar Bar multiple times and nothing has been done to rectify this or make it right. No one responded to my emails. Two months later, the ** left a lousy voicemail on my phone. When I called him back, he never returned my call. And the issue with the fraudulent charge was NEVER addressed. The company has continued to ignore me

    I visited *************, ** location on 10/8. An unauthorized charge has been placed on my account. Please see the receipt, my credit card was charged $21.18 on 10/9. However, what posted to my account was $37.42--which was not authorized. I contacted Blend Bar's website on 10/10 - I have not received a response. I've notified one of managers, *******, twice on 10/18 and 10/24. She has not followed up with me about how this unauthorized charged occurred on my account. I want an explanation for this charge and an explanation for why management has ignored me and not addressed this issue.
