      I wish for the workers of this company the same exact shake down of their children that my son experienced at the hands of these deplorable, lying, uneducated pieces of trash. They go into college apartment parking garages looking for kids cars to tow under the guise of THE PARKING PASS WAS NOT VISIBLE. They proceed to take pics of every area of the windshield except for the spot where the parking pass is. They threatened my son with trespassing when he went to get his car. He literally took a picture of the parking pass in the windshield and because they didnt want to be called out on their egregious lies they threatened him with the ********** is this place still allowed to operate? Karma is wicked. I hope their children experience the same treatment my 17 year old son did. They shake down their customers for money like the mafia does. They are disgusting people.

      They towed my car from my apartment garage saying I didnt have my parking pass in the windshield, yet just a couple seconds of searching would have shown them that my sticker was on my dashboard. All of their pictures conveniently showed every spot of the car other than where the sticker was. They then threatened to trespass me for going to my car in the lot to take a picture as evidence that my sticker was on the dash. Woman behind the desk has zero customer service skills as expressed in various other negative reviews. They said I should have gone in to the office before going to my car, yet I called an hour in advance informing them that I believe they wrongfully towed my car. I know several people in the same building that had their cars wrongfully towed as well. The people at Last Chance display an utter lack of professionalism or care for peoples property. In fact, there is an entire reddit page dedicated to calling out their unprofessional and sketchy practices, referring to them as shady as h*** on countless occasions.

      Charged a second time 4 months after my first encounter with them. Horrified that they still had my credit card number.

      We were notified by ***** that our credit cards payments have not been deposited into our account and THEY were going to force through they payments. This was not us but our bank.If customers check the first time the credit card should of been ran they will see that the money was not withdrawn from their account. We do not keep credit cards on file. This is ********** not us.

      The worst company. The communication & charging me months later for towing my truck is absolutely ridiculous, that is not how a tax paying business should operate. As a normal person, I have a monthly budget. And it doesnt help the basically hide their towing signs & expect you to see it where you parked 70 from it
