  STOLE MY MONEY AND LIED! I lost my debit card which stopped all of my auto payments, one of which was skyzone. Which I found strange as I had canceled my subscription over a year prior when it was Defy. I spoke on the phone with the manager Mr. **** for months as he fed me lies about refunding the over $1000 that they erroneously took from me without my knowledge. He apologized and I thought he was helping but would never call back when he said he would, kept me on hold while he contacted his supervisor for over an hour and would make excuses that they weren't available. I had since moved but drove 11 hours back to ******* to speak to him in person after months of phone conversations. When I saw him and told him who I was he acted like he had never heard of me. He went in the back office and came back out and basically said I wouldn't be receiving any money back and that I should get a lawyer!! DO NOT GET A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS! OVER $1000 OF MY MONEY IS GONE! I'M A RETIRED VETERAN AND A SINGLE MOTHER WHO HOMESCHOOLS MY CHILD! THEY ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW AND I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT!!

  Sky **** **** South is awful! Hopefully **** the owner looks at these reviews! My familys first and last visit for sure. My mother in law (who is disabled and not there to jump just watch us) recently has knee replacement and has back pain was rudely and promptly kicked out the padded chairs for taking a moment to just sit. The chair she was in was not making an alarm sound either. I witnessed many children and adults pit stop and rest in the chairs though and there were no issues with that. My 3 year old was also then rudely and promptly told to get on her own trampoline WHILE SHE WAS LITERALLY MAKING HER WAY OVER TO IT! Sorry her legs are so small and ah, she is slow. SHE IS 3! The staff is rude and unfriendly but my Lord, good luck with good ol ****** the manager! She is worse than them! I asked to talked to her and I was not nasty or mean just curious and upset at how we were being treated. She couldnt care less! She just repeated these over and over - sorry, BUT (not sorry, you dont say BUT if you are), there are rules posted all over this place, and my employees are here doing their jobs. These 3 things over and over. She didnt care about my disabled mother in law! I asked why they dont provide adequate seating such as padded seats or benches if you are kicking her out, she had no answers. If you are wanting to come here be advised - they dont care for or about anyone with disabilities, the staff watch and interject at inappropriate times, being watched (almost like a criminal) will make you uncomfortable eventually, the manager will be rude to you!

  My guest tell Shayran that everyone is done eating. They mention service was very poor and that they seen me struggle all party. They stressed how important the event was for me and ******* promised me and my entire party that he will give me a 50% reembursment on the entire party . He agreed with the statements that were discussed755pm ******* arrive to clean up my guest again, expressed their frustration and dissapointment. They said they cannot give me any type of reembursment they could only offer 5 passes for a future visit805pm- my guest leave and they are apoligizing for the event because they know I am a single mother and streched every ***** to make this party happen for my daughter. One of my guest is very upset and confronts ******* and ****. ******* gets upset and denies being neglectful and screams at my guest and **** and tells her shes done and walks away saying profanity in front of my daughter and her friends. ***** arrived late and didnt get the third pizza that I paid for. I had to cut an ice cream cake with 2 plastic butter knifes and my guest had to share utensils. I tipped to get better service but felt like this entire event was a scam. It was so stressfull that I ended up at the ** on Sunday. I hope you have kids and are able to understand my frustration as a parent. I also need to mention that one of my duaughters friends were hurt during the event. There is absolutly NO SUPP**VISION by ANY STAFF MEMB**. Which is a saftey hazard and can result in a child getting hurt by other visitors. I know we sign a waver but additional supervision by the facility is needed.
