    ******* **** scammed me out of over $4000. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact her regarding 3 bookings that were scheduled around the same time and haven't got a response from her this has been going on since July of this year, I was booked on a birthday cruise only to find out she canceled the trip within the same week and played it like it was booked. She recieved full payment following her cancelation and knew this to be true. Don't use her services.

    Last year in July 2022 we booked our annual family and friends trip with this agency for travels to the ******************. *********************** was our travel agent. Upon arrival, 2 families received feedback from resort that they didnt have any reservations. In a panic they called the agent attempting to resolve the issue. ******* did answer her phone and spoke to resort representative, however; the resort stood firm that no reservation existed even after providing confirmation numbers. This was the holiday weekend of July 4th, therefore; the resort gracefully allowed the young ********** children stay in the room hoping things would be resolved by Tuesday after the holiday. When it was time to check out this particular family was held hostage by the resort and demanded their money ($3,000) before she could leave. Eventually, someone in our party paid the balance so that she and her children could get back home. Initially, me and my husband was going to cancel our recent trip with her in June 2023, even after witnessing what happened before, because we didnt want to believe she was the one responsible. She seemed totally legit as she responded within a timely manner to our friends incident and she appeared to be fighting for the families who the resort said they didnt have reservations for. Now, this year the same thing happened to our close friends, Mr. and *********************. After last years incident everyone cancelled their reservations with ******* (Dynamic Travel Agent) except ** two families. The day before travel, our friends the ********, checked their reservations at the *** resort in ********* and with ******** Airlines, both confirmations were fake. Both companies said the confirmations didnt exist and didnt belong to them. I was on a3-way call and heard this for myself. I even have the text messages of these fake confirmations. When the ******** called the agent she told them that she had a death in the family. Im so disappointed because we trusted her.
