      In summer of 2020 I had Angel ************* plant 4 Canadian Hemlocks @$450 ea. in spring of 2021 I called to say one of middle ones was dying. It took many unanswered phone calls before *****, owner, came out and declared it needed more water. (All 4 trees were planted in maybe 30 yards total). I have an inground watering system. We upped the water even more and tree still wasnt doing well. I called an arborist in spring of 2022 and he said tree was planted too deep. ***** was contacted, again with many unanswered calls. He said he would replace tree. He said it would have to be in fall of 2022 then it got too late so he said hed do it spring 2023. He said if he couldnt replace tree he would refund my money. March 2023 I called and he said he couldnt find any and would keep looking. I have called to ask for money back and no response. I am seeking $450.
