    Hired Extreme ************ on 9/5/2024. Paid in full ***** on 9/9/2024. ***** ****** the owner stated that this would be a 1 day job with 1 day to do ***** removal during the second week of October 2024. None of the work on the invoice was completed. Contacted owner by text on October 8th to make sure we were scheduled for the work to be completed. 10/16 received a text that ***** grinder would be out. 10/17 contacted owner that ****** weren't completed. He said in a text that he would be out "this weekend to complete the job". Never showed. My son put a complaint on his ******** page on 11/5/2024. Also have sent several emails to Angi's list for which he has a 5 star rating. Angi's list told my son in emails that they would contact the owner. My son told him that due to conflicting statements he wanted to be contacted only by email or text. Mr. ****** still called my son on 11/6- didn't answer and sent text "headed out for your stumps today". at 4:02pm on 11/6 they wouldn't be out due to rain. It wasn't raining. He said in text that they would be out first thing in the morning. 11/6 no call no show. contacted Angi's list and ***** and they showed up at 3:30 to start stumps and would be out 11/7 to finish. This was a 2 day job that was to be completed the 2nd week of October. Nothing on this paid invoice is completed. Also left debris taller than neigbors fence behind their property. Neighbors said it took an entire day to clean up the mess and there is damage. There is also significant damage in the front of my sons house and along the side of the house.

    the owner has agreed to complete all work by November 14th. IF he does then I would be happy with this outcome although the job took much longer than promised. I would like to wait to pursue this until after November 14th to give him another chance. I will get back to you on November 15th 2024. thank you

    unfortunately, at our attorneys request we were to give them till Novmber 14th to complete the 2 day job- again it was to be a 1 day job in September 2024 and then to finish with ***** removal the 2nd week of October. Our attorney **** ***** asked had me send a notice that the work must be completed in full by 11/14/2024. It wasn't completed and the yard is completely trashed. On  November 8th ***** ****** sent an apology letter that work would be complete 11/9. 11/9 received another text that work would be completed first thing Monday morning 11/11/2024. No one came again Monday. No call or any communication since 11/9/2024. Had to pay a ***** non refundable retainer fee to Mr. ***** on 11/14/2024. We still have to get estimates on having the job completed, We have to contact both neighbors to see if they are seeking damages . This 2 day job that was paid in full is still not complete as of 11/18/2024. At this point I believe **** ***** should be contacted. ************

    Even though work was to be completed the second week of October 2024. Have given Extreme ************ multiple chances to complete this job. We were told to give another 1-week deadline which my son sent on November 5th via email and the texts started again. Wanted us to remove negative review my son agreed that we would we just wanted the job done. November 7th offered the option of refunding us for work not done. NO- you are to finish the job. November 8th ***** ****** sent someone out to grind stumps and left a huge mess. Same day 11/8 text that he "want nothing more than to show you and and your business mean a lot to me and my family. Your dad will see... I 've got egg all over my face with this one but I will go above and beyond. I always do". November 9th -" I am very hopeful to get to your stuff today. But I promise, if we do not make it today, you will be my very first stop Monday morning. I will make sure everything is completed" November 9th Grindr came out again-stumps appear to be finished. November 11th-no call no show-Tree still not trimmed over house, Gutters not cleaned, Deck debris, massive tree debris still in yard. Damage still in my yard. Neighbors haven't been talked to by ***** ******. One neighbor signed a statement. They never told him to leave debris like he states. November 14th deadline-no word. November 19th was next text(10days after last and 5 days after notice) "stop by a little later this morning for a look and then one day this week we will come in and finish everything up" Text him back 11/19 that we called attorney and gave him attorneys phone number. No call No show since. He didn't stop by as stated. We have a great deal of pictures of all this and all the texts and email. We have just spent so much time on this we can send at a later time.
