    In early spring/late winter of 2023, our neighbors had a dying tree cut down using "We ********** Service, LLC and asked if we would allow this tree company to cut it down from our property since access was not possible from theirs. We told them that was fine as long as they were careful with our landscaping. The tree fell on a large smoke tree (8 years old and over 7 feet tall) and crushed it. Our lawn was torn up where the tree fell. They promised to replace the tree and repair our lawn and gave us their card. They continue to tell us they are coming out to fix our issues, but never show up. My 75 year old husband did as much repair on the lawn as he could, but the smoke tree is irreparably damaged; the trunk is split. We want the tree replaced.

    Hello, i am the owner of We Care Tree Service LLC. On complaint ID ********. My workers damage a tree. I spoke with the lady who had the damage on her property, and we came to an agreement after the incident. She suggested that we make a covenant so that we would both be satisfied. She asked us for a job on her property for the damage we had caused to her property, she asked us to cut the damaged tree down to the root and she also asked us to remove another tree without charging her anything as a reward for what we had caused. We did everything according to how she suggested and after that everything was settled between her and my business.
