      My 20 yr old daughter *************************** was at this facility on 11/29/22 between 11am-12pm est. Two different nurses or medical assistants took her blood pressure and got high readings. My daughter's blood pressure usually runs low. They took her blood pressure with an adult cuff and then a child cuff because she is so tiny. All three numbers were way off from each other so my daughter called me on the phone to speak to them about it because she was scared and didn't know what to say. I've always been the one to ask the appropriate questions to her providers because she is still young and doesn't know a lot when it comes to this. So I asked her to put the ** on the phone so I can get a clear understanding of why her blood pressure readings were so different from each other within minutes. The nurse practitioner was rude when she first got on the phone. I could hear it in her voice. I proceeded to ask questions about her blood pressure readings and she got so rude saying she doesn't tell me how to do my job so I don't need to tell her how to do hers. I didn't understand why she was talking to me that way when I was just asking a question. I remained calm and told her that I am not telling her how to do her job and was just asking questions. She talked over me and was being very mean then walked out the room. Next someone came into the room and told my daughter to leave. No one attacked the **, said anything in appropriate or told her what to do. Any patient or relative of the patient should be allowed to ask questions. Providers even usually ask if you have any questions. I called back to speak to the office manager to explain that we/I just had a question and the ** just went into anger mode. Well the office manager wouldn't listen and accused me of trying to tell the ** how to do her job then hung up on me. I called back still calm just trying to explain and the manager said for me not to call back. My daughter is crying and in pain & kicked out for no reason.

      I was recently seen at this location, I was prescribed medications that was never sent to the pharmacy. When I called to find out why, ******* the Director told me she would send it, 2 hours later no medication, After my 4th time calling in an 6 hour time span, multiple employees telling me that my medication was sent, when it wasnt. ******* gets back on the phone and tells me this medication is not of importance so you dont have to have it today. (If thats the case then why did the Dr. ********* it). I told her all my meds were important & that I really needed this med. She became annoyed & repeated you really dont need this today I asked to speak to someone above ********* stated I do the hiring & firing around here She was extremely rude & purposely withheld my meds until 5:40pm when She told me earlier this morning that she sent them. This is my only way of reporting the issue being that she wont give me information about any higher ****
