Hello, I am wanting to write in about a local company that seems to have a money scheme behind it. My fianc and I just went into a company called Pull A Part. Its the one located off of Producer ****. Never have been there before, my fianc walks in with his bag of tools and the part that we need from my car. When he goes to leave after not finding the one he needs, there was a woman that stopped him and said hey can I check your bag. So he lets her look and they start pulling out parts of his. They then start ringing up items that were already his. He says that those are his items and she says they arent ****ed. Apparently there is someone that stands at the entry and is supposed to check your bag and **** personal items. When he walked in the man standing there said not one word to him about it and just let him go. So they would not allow us to leave without paying for our own parts. The woman there even said hes done this a thousand times, forgetting to check peoples bags. That is not right for us to have to pay for our own parts when they have someone there that isnt doing there job. Then to hear that this happens all the time, with the same worker, is infuriating. I dont see how they can continue to get away with this. Its not like we couldnt pay for it because we had to have our part back, but had to forfeit other parts because we didnt have the money to pay for them..our parts. Then to top it all off the woman in there flirts with my fianc and makes a comment about how he can take her home if he wants. *** already put a message in to their corporate office and waiting to hear back. I just think other people should be aware of this and what they are trying to do to people. Its just not right. In total, for our own parts, the total was $70. We could only pay for the main item we needed and had to forfeit his brothers tools. Its just not right by any means. Thanks for your time.
