      I got my car August 7th. They told me nothing was wrong with it and they put a new turbo in it. I put **** Down on this car and havent even made my first payment. The engine light came on August 10th and the car became very hard to accelerate. I went and got a diagnostic on the car and they said it was the turbo. It was a weekend so I waited until Monday to take it up to to Advanced Auto Sales. When I got there I showed them the problem and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them about the Indiana Lemon Law and they said that it only applies to new cars and basically brushed me off so I left. I am a 19 year black female. I was alone in this process so they got over on me. Yesterday August 24th, I was driving it to work. All the lights came on and the car stopped in the middle of the road, in the middle of traffic. It wouldnt start and was very hard to steer. Now I dont know what to do. They wont help me. They wont do anything. I was only using it to go to work and home.

AS EXPLAINED TO MAKENZIE THE *** OF SALE, ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS. I WILL ATTACH THE ***** WORK WITH THIS REPLY. SHE DID COME BACK UP LETTING US KNOW THERE WAS SOMETHING GOING ON WITH THE *** ***S LATER, WE EXPLAINED TO HER THAT UNFORTUNATELY THERE WAS NOTHING WE COULD DO.       I ***************************** bought a car from advance auto sales in march the car was faulty an they would not refund or exchange for a better car I had my car looked at and there was a carbon monoxide leak in the inside of my car which has caused several health issues since I am pregnant my car started acting weird the day after I purchased the car

      ***************************** came in on February 23rd, 2023 and purchased a 2010 ****** Altima. At the time of sale we give everyone the opportunity to check the vehicles out and test drive all before signing paperwork. Unfortunately our vehicles are sold AS-IS. That was explained at the time of sale. ***************** complained of some sort of mechanical issue and returned the car on April 27th to our lot. We explained because our cars are sold as is and that is told to everyone up front we did advise her unfortunately there was nothing we could do on a repair. At this time due to the contract she signed there is nothing more we can do.

      01/07/22 i ************************* went to ADVANCE AUTO SALES to accepted a CASH down payment of ******** violating 15 U.S. Code **** which clearly states: The finance charge does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction. ADVANCE AUTO SALES did not make the annual percentage rating clear and conspicuous to me as a consumer. I have been getting threats and obscene language sent to my phone and i want to free my self from this non complete agreement and gain my since of life .

      we go thought the contract the same way with every customer. we show them and talk about the percentage of *****% and the grand total if the pay the car off. also discuss the early pay off with them. we use the ****** program so there is no ears on accounting.

      As of 3/21/23 Im I am just now finding out what program my contract is under. That  information shouldve been given to me at the initial start of our relationship. During the creation of this relationship, I did a credit application and did not receive a FCRA form to go with my transaction . Each consumer credit transaction should have a FCRA form . Advance auto sales would have had knowledge on each violation that they broke and currently still violation of they didnt refuse and documentation I have proof

      December 30th, 2022 I paid $1200 on a 2011 Chrysler 200 The car was fixed up enough too the point it could be text driven and once I left the lot after the purchase all the problems started. That same day the car started over heating it had a loss of antifreeze but didnt know where it was going because there were no signs of leaks. I took the car too juffy lube and was told there was an internal leak in the engine and the antifreeze was mixing with the oil. Then they told me there was a blown head gasket. I have 3 kids so that is a danger hazard for me and my children. Called the car lot the next day when they opened and they tried too brush everything off and stated it cant be a leak. When the mechanic from juffy lube talked too the employee at advance his name is ****(advance auto sales employee) he cursed under his breath saying f*** once he heard all the issues knowing that the vehicle they gave me was undrivable. January 3rd the car lot did a pressure test on the car too see if they can see the antifreeze leaking anywhere which they didnt meaning it had too be leaking into the motor which causes serious damage making it too be even more dangerous and that falls into place of the ***** LAW!!!!. Wednesday evening January 4th the car shut off on me on the highway and then completely stopped working when I arrived at my aunts house. I ubered too the car lot and **** stated the key lost program because he checked his screen and the battery was fine so i was given another key and that didnt work he then said the battery must be dead. Remind you he said it was fine when i was there at the business. He then said it needed too be towed suggested i get it towed up there. I havent had this car for a month!!!!! And its non drivable for him too tell me this morning that the owner stated too no longer help me figure it out and that it is now my problem.

      Tell us why here...When **************** test drove the car, she was gone for a while and let it set outside of our business for 45 minutes running. It would have overheated then if something was wrong. Our cars are sold as is, I have attached those files so you can see she signed them. When **** spoke with the employee from **********, the guy stated that they never drained the oil so how would they know it was bad? The quote that she attached should have been a letter head from **********, not on a post card. We advised her to tow the car here, she didn't she drove it here. it sat here running for an hour never got hot. we checked the oil, there was no coolant in the oil like ********** stated. She drove the car for 2 additional days with no problems. And now she can't get it to start because the battery is dead.

      They are not telling the truth at all I test drive the car from **** street back down too e Washington back down too their car lot I wasnt gone from their car lot no more then 10 minutes!!!! And if cameras need too be pulled too see that then we can get that established. I was never informed too have that car towed there too be looked at YOU GUYS ARENT EVEN **************!!!!! You sale messed up cars and fix them too be able too test drive and once paperwork is signed and filed out thats when all the problems occur your company have bad reviews all over your website!!!! MY BATTERY IS NOT DEAD!! **** stated when i ubered there that the battery like was green!!!!!!! Meaning it was fine and stated the key lost program which it didnt !!! I had a mechanic thats is licensed and been in the business of working on car over 30 years look at that vehicle and said you guys SOLD ME A LEMON!!! And with that being said i will take you guys too court UNDER THE **************** NO CAR SHOULD BE SHOULD WITH THE DEFECTS OF ENGINE OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES!!!! USED OR NEW!!! It applies too all!!! That vehicle has electrical issues and the reason why we smelt something burning while we sat there letting is run is being WIRES WHERE BURNING!!!!! The car didnt overheat while you worked on it because yall where steady pushing antifreeze through. But how come after yall touched it the antifreeze was magically gone AGAIN THE NEXT DAY!!! And i was told too put water in it not too mention its winter time. That antifreeze was leaking into the motor and yall know it. So with that being said no I will not pay too have it towed there because yall sold me a lemon!!! And it will sit where its been sitting since the day it stopped working that car has not been drivable since the day I bought it AT 4:53pm Friday December 30th!!! And the only way it could be driven is if antifreeze was constantly put in there. And the reason ********** had no receipt for what they did was because i have kids and they cared and checked it put for free and told me IF YOU GUYS HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING TOO GIVE THE MECHANIC THERE A CALL THATS WHY!! His number is on the other side of the card and also has his signature on it! Please dont try too make a worldwide company in the wrong because your company is a piece of garbage. I will see you guys in court and yall can pick that broke down a** car yall gave me yall selfs

      Sold me a car that has a lot of problems and told me they fixed everything on the car before I drove it off the lot car has all most got me into a car accident 4 times

      *************** bought a 2009 ************ from ** on 11/10/2023 signing the AS IS contract. She claimed it was having issues. We told her the car is sold as is and to get it fixed and bring us in receipts. She only brought us in receipts of where she had the oil changed and bought a drain plug for it. She tried saying it needed brakes and other things with the car, but she never would get those fixed. She drove the car over **** miles during the 3 months she had the car. The car was repossessed due to nonpayment on 02/02/2023.

      I purchased a **** ******* Navagigator from Advanced Auto in September. In October I had to spend 350 to fix the wheel bearing. On November the alternator went out which was another 300 now the throttle body has gone out which is going to be **** to fix. I contacted the seller to see if there was anything they could do to help since I still have ro make payments but cannot drive the vehicle. And the fact that I've done nothing but put money in it since I've had it and it's basically a lemon. I asked if they would please put me in another vehicle and was told I can give the car back and they would *** me for the balance which is **** seeing I just purchased it. I understand that it's as is however there should be a full inspection of these vehicles especially if they can charge these prices and leave you stuck with paying for a vehicle that keeps falling apart. The mechanic also told me the electrical system and timing chain is going out as well. They should have to do something.

      On August 31st, 2022 ******************************* came in and purchased the **** ******* Navigator. Due to our vehicles being sold completely AS IS with no dealer warranties we can not offer any kind of repair solution as requested to customer. We thoroughly go over this in the contract with the customer at the time of sale. I will provide a copy of the signed AS IS no warranty provided with this response. Customer called in on the 5th of December 2022 informing us the car was down we pushed payment to the end of the loan for her at the time she said she was doing the repair to help her be able to do repairs. Unfortunately due to our vehicles being sold AS IS I could not do anything for her on a repair. Customer has had the vehicle for a little over 3 months, we can not tell when something is going to go wrong.
