    On 11/22/23 I went to finally purchase this 15 Dodge Journey I had been in and out of the buisness for that SUV but days prior I didnt have the sales tax of $336.00 But I had the $1,000 down for the vehicle so I had all the money even the $200 for insurance for the suv finally ..on 11/22/23 I was able to purchase the vehicle First off let me say they completely scammed me and I knew it afterwards.. The receipt only reflected a down payment of $584.00 But I gave him $1236.00 with a remainder of $100 to be paid by that Friday which it was .We even signed something stating that I owed him $100 still I went to the *** several times trying to get the vehicle plated asap but I was told they still had not put the vehicle in my name its still in the previous owner name I know they had 45 days to do so still to this day they have not . But they took my $336.00 for sales tax and my money for this car thats basically not even mines! *** asked them why am I not getting the receipts that reflect the correct amount of money and *** said oh do you really need a receipt so I left it alone thinking they were trustworthy! NO very low down and crooked ! So once I left the *** I didnt know what to do so I continued paying my car payment but then I realized the car isnt even in my name so the money Im paying on it is for nothing! Its still not in my name ! Also the information on the bill of sale has the incorrect VIN NUMBER they did this just to get my money and try to re sale it They also put a Apple air tag on my suv without my consent the air tag had the speaker in it as well so they were also spying on me listening to all my conversations without my permission or consent! Also on 11/22/23 I didnt have my id so they ***** the mechanic gave me a ride to the bmv on the south side without my id I couldnt get the car Why though I trusted yall Im suffering from cancer so basically this whole time I been paying on a vehicle thats not even mines the lady at the *** clearly even stated I been SCAMMED big time The transmission was slipping paid for that as well $3200

    This complaint Is absolutely false.ive been in business for myself for over 35 years without a complaint. She has not been in to complete the sale or make her payment in over 60 days.we believe this was her intention all along.she has avoided all calls or attempts at contact. This vehicle will be reported stolen in a short period of time.we serve our community very well and treat everyone with respect. We worked with her just the same. There is no insurance on the vehicle and the vehicle is in my name still only because she refuses to come in.if she wants to come in we will make arrangements with her just as we would anyone else. Thanks *******************
