I'm not sure why this car lot is receiving poor reviews. My husband and I just recently purchased a vehicle at this car lot in ************ *******. The employees were very nice, professional and knowledgeable! The inside of their building was nicely kept. If we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future we will look here first!

This company hides defects, hides behind you bought as is! Bought a ******************** March 2023. After bringing the car home , it wouldn't start after 2 hours setting in the garage, I charged the battery, then problem with key fob, starter, had rolled to a Monday dealer and they put in a new starter,.oil was over filled, had oil changed. Then new batteries in key fobs, then it stalled again and needed a new battery all with in a month of purchasing the car, a.lug not was missing on the right front passenger tire. Head gasket needs replaced and to top it all off , they sold me the car with a recall on a battery sensor of some kind but it could have caused a fire!!!! They also put really nice and pulled right seat covers on that looked like the car had been kept really nice, but the covers were hiding burn cigarette damage and smoke damage. I never would have purchased the.vwhivle of to knew it was that heavily smoked.in!!!! They offered to put a new battery in the vehicle and pay 75 dollars, and to bring it in for repairs. But after looking deeper into it and reading more reviews I didn't trust them to work on the vehicle .... I can't afford all of the repairs , I'm ******* into repairs.from March!!!! And when I asked for my money back before 3 days after purchasing the vehicle, the owner ***** said, your fxxking crazy ****** and come down here to the car lot and we will show you what we will do?????? My experience and the experience several other people had that I read on reviews was to bring the car back and they would fix it but they can not be. trusted. There has to be something bigger going on??????

This company is a scam artist. I left a vehicle at a mechanic, not associated with them in anyway. Without my approval, the mechanic did work on my car and then wanted $5000. I was unable to pay and the mechanic began sending me threatening messages. I went to the shop to try and talk to the mechanic but learned he had closed up shop In the middle of the night without telling his customers and somehow ********************** ended up with my vehicle. They managed to get a mechanics lien on my vehicle, even though they did no work, and I had never had any dealings with them at all. And then sold the vehicle out from underneath me. Theyve committed fraud and theft.

Yes, we applied for a mechanic lien on this car as we paid to put an engine in it. The Mechanic in question is *************************, he works as a contractor for us. When he closed up shop he began work for us and brought some of the cars he had in service. The Equinox needed an engine. Express Auto Source paid for the engine and for the labor. After several months of the customer not wanting to pay we applied for the mechanic lien. When that happens the customer still has a chance to pay for the fix and get the car back. The customer did not so we were granted the Lien. We had over $5k invested in the cost of the fix so yes we did everything correctly. Once we had the title, we owned the car by law. Also since we have a dealer license yes we sold the car. Nothing about it is a scam or wrong doing.

Scam try bait and switch to get me and someone else to get bidding on truck price higher

    Express Auto Source

    Date: 07/17/2023

This is a completely false review. We did not bait and switch. We had for sale a blue 2015 F-150. ***** was trying to negotiate the truck down in price. We informed him the price was firm. Still he would not take no for an answer and demanded we make the price lower. During negotiations we had a second customer come for the same truck. We were pretty courteous with ***** and told him he had first dibs since he was there first but if he wasn't sure then we were going to show the other customer the truck. ***** got mad at us and stormed out while cursing out employees and other customers. We as a business did absolutely nothing wrong. The 2nd customer did end up buying that very truck at our asking price so definitely no bait and switch happening.

I recently purchased a 2011 **** F150 XLT with out 55k miles for $20k from Express Auto Source. After traveling 700 miles to retrieve the truck it started overheating 5 miles from the lot. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle.

Yes the customer came a ways away to pick up his newly purchased 2011 F-150. He test drove it for 20 minutes, finished the paperwork and another ***** minutes later called and said it's running hot and asked if he could bring it back. Please note this was over an hour after we closed our store. We told him yes we can meet him back at the store and get the truck looked at. The next business day we drove the truck for 1 hour and no overheating issues. We took it to a shop and they couldn't find any issues. We now have it at a second shop ***** Dealership) to make sure nothing is missed. We are doing our due diligence to help the customer and we definitely shouldn't be getting any bad reviews.

Express auto source is one of the worst place I ever purchased a vehicle I recently purchased a 2011 GMC Acadia from the not to long a go. Ever since I purchased my car it been a nightmare it hasn't not even been a week of me driving it the vehicle it was making terrible noises thank god the I had purchased warranty with the vehicle. So I called the *************** to tell them know my car was making noise, And I wanted to know what ever is making the noise was cover. the agent that I talk to told me to take the car to a mechanic to get look at. It took them a week to find out it had differential problems and it cost ***** dollars to fix, luckily the differential was cover and they had to sent out an inspector to conformed what was diagnosed was accurate. Form there the *************** contact via email the dealer to send the documents pertaining to the vehicle, they refuse to send the document once I found out contact express auto and I spoke to the owner Kaleb **********************, and he told me he sent the request a week ago. I told him that they did not receive them can he please send it again, at this point he screaming at me and told me I was calling him a liar and hung up the phone. what I did I took a lyft and went to the dealer once I got there, MR ********************** felt like it was his obligation to get in my face screaming at me to get the f*** out of his lot. And that my business was not welcome here and that he will call the police if I didn't leave his premises. I am a young lady who had to indoor the type of service that I receive. I never felt so humiliated, hurt, mistreated unwelcome after that whole fight happened. The warranty did not cove the car because they told the mechanic the reason they are not covering the differential is because the dealership knew that the car had issues prior to me purchasing the vehicle and that they Should never sold me a unreliable car with all those issues. I sent out a email letting them know this will go to court

Yes the customer was asked to leave our store after she came in screaming at multiple employees. The customer had a complaint about a differential problem. We informed her we could help with the differential if she would bring it to our shop. She refused to do so and only wanted to bring it to another dealership so we weren't able to help. As far as the warranty, the company said it was a preexisting issue so couldn't be covered. That does not mean we knew about it. It's a 700 fix, not ****
