  My grandmother paid over 8500 for a new water softener system in which she never received the system. The man cashed her check the very next day and he never returned. This has been filed with the courts.

  I loved doing business with this company. This water system is awesome. The water quality in my home is much better. My skin and hair feel so much better . I use less detergent and dont have to buy bottled water. Everyone I worked with was so down to earth and good people. I had to change installing date a few times and they were great with working around my schedule. They called another person to my house due to my crawl space being hard to get where they needed to. have had this issue before and was concerned about it. They took care of me though. I highly recommend this company

  They installed our water system back in January with the promise for us to receive a catalog for 2 years worth of free soap with our purchase. This is the sole reason why my husband and I agreed to their service because we would be saving some money with the investment. We even looked over the entire catalog with the service rep and he explained to us how the process worked. The first couple of months after our installment, I called to check on the status of obtaining the catalog a few times each month. Each time I was told that ***************************, their office manager, would send my information over to the company with the soap and to keep a look out for an email to sign up. An email which I still have yet to receive. Its been 6 months. Since then, I have called multiple times and left numerous voicemails for a return call. My husband has drove to their business a few times and the business doors have been locked during business hours with not a single person in the building to assist us. I do not recommend this business AT ALL. Please do not be like me. Do your research on the company before you sign a purchase agreement. This company took my money and they have a shameful way of doing business. Never again will I be doing any business with this company.

  I had a scheduled appointment between 12 and 2, and the technician informed me that he was on the way. When I requested a 10-minute delay due to my anxiety and panic attacks, he indicated that it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Despite his reassurance, the technician did not arrive on time. When I contacted the company to discuss the issue, I felt interrupted during my explanation as the representative was checking on the driver's status, who was only 3 minutes away due to a traffic light. While the overall delay may not have been significant to the company or the technician, it had a substantial impact on me. I expressed my need to reschedule, but the representative's dismissal of my concerns, in addition to my existing anxiety, led me to decide not to proceed with the service at this time. The conversation concluded with the representative stating that the company would not be conducting business with me in the future, to which I agreed.

  A water specialist came out and tested our water so we purchased a water treatment system at the end of January and not to sound extreme but our lives have completely changed! We are a household with five girls and the difference of our hair and skin is unreal! Also, no more water stains while doing dishes and our clothes are much brighter and more white! This system is so much more than your standard water softener. They were very prompt in installing and ***** the installer was so informative and made sure we knew how to work the system before leaving.

  ****** came to my house and showed me why I was having such hard water even with my old water softener. I decided to buy a new one from him. He was able to have an install done the very next day . ***** installed my new unit very fast and showed me all the new settings. Very happy to have good clean water !! Thank you Hoosier water

  Misrepresented product value by quoting $ ***** over market value and then charged $ ***** over market value while promoting a reduced price. Never delivered promised lifetime warranty, published product description or owners manual after installation. Implied association with RainSoft brand later unverified. Failed to meet reasonable resolution deadline within three business days. Homeowner notified by phone and Certified Mail to Hoosier ************************** to pick-up equipment, parts of which never installed. Homeowner seeks full restitution of credit card charge after filing dispute with credit card company. Homeowner also filed written complaint to ******* Attorney General Consumer Affairs.
