      Contract was signed on 10/5/24. Work to start 10/7 ( didn't state till 10/8) finished 10/10. Was to replace pump in well w/ new well and clean well. Their put the wrong size pump in well, they did not put the pump down far enough and I only had water for 12 days, before no water. They put acid down the well and then pumped it out and destroyed a large area of my yard and plants. Also it damaged my water softener and my washing machine. I called them back 13 days after to repair/ get me water again and they said it was not their problem, even though invoice says 10 year warranty. I hired someone else and they cannot get the pump out of the well to replace with the correct size, ( paid them $ *****.) so now I need a new well dug. And I have been without water for 19 days now.

      This company came to repair my well pump. After receiving my deposit they left for the day to let the chemicals "sit." They returned late the next day, worked for two hours, then left for the day. After several repeat phone calls they came back in the evening, dug a large hole, and left without repairing the pump. I finally asked them not to come back and to return my deposit. They agreed to return the deposit but I've yet to receive the check.

      J&L Mechanical well drilling and pump services are opportunist folks they were suppose to work on my well so we can get water and everyday they came up with another excuse why the service couldn't be completed. It got serious to the point that the employer/business owner threatened my dad. He said to his wife to get the gun. We called the police but they didn't stay and fled. My dad just wants the **** that was paid in advance and to have nothing at all to do with these people. There has to be some awareness and alert regarding the business and everyone involved with this business.

      On 7 20 2022 .. **** from J and ****** came out to look at our well . We had no water. He said well pump in ground was bad along with pump in garage with bladder tank and wiring and fittings and would replace for ****.. so he put in a tank in garage and new well pump in ground.. we had water. .. we noticed a leaked around base and a few fittings next day .. we called and **** sent and employee out . said he fixed but has leaked for last few months.. **** said it was sweating ... after time he finally came out to look at the tank in garage and it was a bad tank. So he started to replace with new one. He couldn't even see to tighten water lines .. wanted me to help him. Told him I'm not the plumber .. .... after installing new..Tank it started leaked out of 3 spots . He got frustrated after a while and was using a hack saw to one of the fittings and destroyed in process. I have the fitting . So he left said he would be back and never returned. Telling us it wasn't his problem .. and it was just old pipes in an old house. But those areas weren't leaning before he re installed tank and broke 2 fittings .. leaving an 82 year old right out of hospital without water. .. I asked to see a license but never shower me and also invoice says .. J&L Mechanical .. water leak ruined parts off floor
