    Unacceptable scheduling, communication and follow-ups as required. My experience with scheduling for my required follow up was a nightmare. I had to keep calling the company only to get passed around. My appointment was today at 9 am with a 2 hour window with a no show or phone call. I have been calling all morning & just now spoke with ***, and he passed me to someone named **** who may come out, however cannot tell me a timeframe, therefore I have to sit and wait to see if he shows up. Unacceptable, unacceptable, unacceptable and non professional. This is the second I had this experience for follow-up related to a foundation repair. I would not recommend a referral to anyone after my nightmare.

    This is a truly great company! I can't say enough about this company! The crew who worked on my house really went above and beyond in their efforts to fix my sagging floors! My floors are now so much more level, and they also feel incredibly firm! They really took the time and effort to make sure that this job was done right, and they truly exceeded my expectations in the quality of work they provided! I can't thank Denver, ***** *** Paco, and ****** enough for all of the extra effort that they put into their work! They were so very thorough in their repairs! And they were patient in answering all of my questions and showing me everything that they were doing! The care they put into this project was enormous! I had so much fun learning from them as they explained what they were doing, and I just love the way my floors turned out! To fix my sagging floors, I got bids and estimates from 7 different companies, and in comparing all of the bids, I definitely feel that Healthy Homes gave me the best value for the price I was paying - metal beams that don't rot like wood, concrete blocks for the jacks, etc. You won't find a better value out there! Thank you so much Healthy Homes for resolving all of my crawlspace issues!

    Great people to deal with, Did our crawlspace (new sill plate) and vapor barrier, installed new dehumidifier and entry well. Did a great job. **** was very good to work with and communicate on all parts of repairs. Trust them on any future repairs,
