    Beware of this business.....they don't even deserve 1 star.I made an online purchase for 3 pairs of neuropathy socks ($56.11) from Nano Media. Then their popups for additional things came up. I chose to get 1 free pair, thought what the heck, shipping can't be that expensive. I was billed $12.99 for shipping! I chose to go ahead and purchase the wash bag ($9.95) for the socks they offered but declined the NanoSoles ($19.97). When I finished the transaction, found I was charged for 4 total transactions instead of 1 total. When I looked at my PayPal account found I was signed up a reoccurring charge! I called Nano Media customer service and talked to one of the most rude individuals (I unfortunately could not understand what she said her name was). I asked her to cancel the free pair and the NanoSoles (unauthorized). She smartly replied my order was processed and may not be able to change. By this time I became very firm with her and reminded her I ordered late Saturday evening and with the long holiday weekend this order could be stopped as it was not shipped yet. She replied she would try but my order was probably already processed. Thanked her and hung up Beware of this business!!

    I called to get a refund for things I didnt even order and bcse Im a very busy person and didnt call within 30 days they would not refund me. I ordered one product and then the computer asked if I wanted to add this and I pressed decline and then other product and i pressed decline but they charged me and sent it anyway! Be careful with them! ?? I dont even want to give them 1 star but this computer system requires something to be pressed as far as the stars go. ??
