      Squidix charged my credit card without authorization. To add insult, they charged it before the invoice was even due. Of all the years of being with Squidix, I have ALWAYS had to MANUALLY pay my invoices. Conveniently, now they I'm being moved to a new server with another company, they are charging my credit card without my consent. All this AFTER about a year of being on a BAD server. How do I know? Being on a new companies server and even my programmers development server my site works fine. Go to Squidix and it has all sorts of issues.

      On Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 was the last communication received from Squidix. They admitted they noticed I called the office multiple times but were wanting more info via email before contacting me back. I responded a couple of times with no response back. Squidix ultimately admitted to screening and ignoring my calls after they fraudulently stole my money. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank and I contacted a lawyer who is willing to take this on as a case at this point. Stay away from this dishonest fraud company!

      Please note this person received a pro-rated refund, and we claim no liability here.  All of our Terms of Service are clearly on our website.  After this courtesy refund was sent, the person then submitted a credit card dispute, which is still pending.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

      Squidix stopped responding and NEVER issued a refund. In fact, they went as far as admitting in an email, which I have a copy of, of screening any phone calls claiming they would call back and never did to resolve the issue. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recoup my funds from them illegally charging my account. Additionally, I have had a lawyer look at Squidix terms and the fact that they charged my credit card without authorization, especially PRIOR to any due date, and what Squidix did was ILLEGAL and considered fraud which I am eligible to take legal action against should this not be resolved with a refund to my account in full - which I full intend to do if necessary. In the 8 YEARS I was with Squidix, they NEVER charged my account without authorization until they found out I was switching services. Then proceeded to ignore any communication trying to be had to get this resolved. The only resolution is to issue the full refund. We won't even talk about how they had me on a server that had issues for a year and continued charging me full price for it. Glad my programmers pointed out how Squidix was taking advantage of me with that!
