      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

      I have attached the latest email sent to the company regarding the replacement they sent, which is still broken. They have not satisfied or honored my request. I was sold new furniture and all I have gotten is broken or damaged furniture. I am not happy with the way this has been handled. Also to reply to the 3 weeks it took to notify them, I contacted the warranty company and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me only to tell me that since the furniture came from the warehouse damaged, they couldnt do anything, I needed to contact the company, which I have done and nothing has been resolved.

      to set up an appointment to come to our house to repair the furniture. I DO NOT want to pay $2200 for furniture that was damaged when I received it and all I have gotten from the store is the runaround! At this point I want new NOT broken furniture as all sales are final and we can no longer get our money back. I am completely disgusted with this company and how they operate! I will NEVER buy anything from them again and we recommend no one else does either!1

      We have replaced damage broken piece for a customer. Customer has a year manufacture warranty is against defects. Any other problems they may contact the store at ************ or email us pictures of damages at ************************************.

       

      To recap, customer took three weeks to notify us of damage. We did go and pick up damage furniture and had it fixed by manufacturer, it wasnt a customer satisfaction so it was replaced
