    Request for quote 4/8/2024 Quote provided 4/8/2024 for the construction of a custom dining table, the purchase of chairs and staining of those chairs. $2,450 Venmo 50% 4/15/2024 To date, the business has not produced the table, chairs or a refund of the deposit. I have had to initiate every single communication with this business. I was told the table would be ready in approximately 6-8 weeks from April 2024. Then I was told by Thanksgiving 2024, then Christmas 2024, then by my wifes birthday in *************. Now 11 months later, still nothing. The business in no way has tried to resolve the issue.

    Business was to customer make ******************** and 6 chairs. Deposit for $1,875 Was provided in September for completion by the holidays. Items still not received and business (**** ********) has stopped responding.

    The business did reach out and confirmed they would deliver by May 1st, but again has not met that and ceased answering or communicating.
