    This business, ***********************, took money and didn't provide the service. She didn't communicate with me in regards to being 40 minutes early to dropping off my 7 year old. She left my child unattended and endangered her on Oct 24th, 2022. She also changed her schedule of pick up and drop off as well as contact information with the school. She also used her relationship with the school, being a retired bus driver to have them call and lie about the times she was picking up my child when in question. She did not have permission to do so nor did she communicate with me, the parent and guardian. She also wouldn't refund any monies when not using service provided as discussed and agreed upon. I paid for one month of service ahead of time on Oct 11th which I did out of good faith, early. She did not adhere to time scheduled as well as no communication which left my child at home without supervision, scared and alone. Unacceptable when providing a service paid for and agreed upon times. She took advantage of the situation and used her retired bus driver excuse with many people including me. I would like a refund which I tried several times to work out with her to no avail.
