    Fleck Roofing replaced roof and gutters at house (Inv#***** Date 1/31/22). While doing so they broke a window in our sun room, and told us they would replace it. The first several months when inquiring when they would replace it, we were told they were unable to get stock due to covid. 9/14/22 I talked to ****** about it and he was supposed to call me back with status. I left a voicemail on 10/4/22 which has not been returned. 10/6/22 the call went to voicemail. With the changes in weather the window is getting worse and I need it fixed before winter arrives.

    We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting this fixed. Fleck Roofing had subcontracted a contractor to replace the window. Several months had gone by and we were under the assumption that the work had been completed. After hearing from the customer again and realizing that the issue had not been taken care of, we again contacted the subcontractor. Three of us at Fleck Roofing have been discussing and working on the issue, and there was a miscommunication on our end that led to the customer's call not being returned. The customer has since been contacted. Again, we apologize for the lack of communication and the delay in resolving the issue. We are working with a subcontractor to get the window fixed as soon as possible.
