    TRP serviced our car & did an amazing job. I usually do not leave reviews, but when you find a business that does honest, reliable work you want to make sure everyone knows. They were able to fix our car for about $1k less than what we were quoted at a dealership. They went beyond what an average business would do to make sure everything was completed correctly & in a timely fashion. I have read the one negative review & find it absolutely absurd. They try to contact them over holiday weekend & did not get a response so they ASSUMED it was done & just took it?!? Who does that?!? TRP typically requires a deposit THEN upon pick up, the consumer pays the remaining balance once they are satisfied with the work. It sounds like 'James M' just didn't want to pay. If so, that's called stealing. That whole reviw should be fact-checked "False"...LOL. Look, TRP is a great company; & they do great HONEST work at a fair price. I would recommend them to everyone I know & I have. My friends & family were very happy for the recommendation. I will keep going to TRP for any transmission or car issue.

    Do not use! The work is less than quality, frankly- I don’t think they know what they are doing, take way longer to complete the work than they tell you, they are reckless, don’t have any ownership to their mistakes and don’t communicate on a timely basis. Had them rebuild a transmission They told me 10 days max - took them 12 days longer than they told me Called and said it was done other than final inspection- left it outside with keys inside and went home for the 4th of July weekend and wouldn’t answer phone calls nor texts so we assumed it was done because it was outside their shop with keys inside. We took it. It Now had a loud exhaust leak! A week later we were traveling down interstate at about 70 mph and front wheel fell off sheering off all the lugs. That cost $600 to repair and not to mention we could have been killed or killed someone else. My husband then checked the passenger front tire and found those lugs to all be loose as well. They refused to pay the repair stating that is what we get for picking it up before final inspect. Denied ownership to the exhaust leak. Another week later transmission fluid leaked out on our driveway. Took it back and they fixed it but again refused to reimburse for the wheel falling off. Very reckless, careless, incapable and a cheat. Very poor business!!
