    Ordered parts for customers,delivery date has changed 3 times,was told,no room on truck,driver was late,ect,all excuses,we have a business to run.Our customers need their parts.cannot keep pushing them off due to rotten delivery service.Meyer may have everything you need,but do not count on their delivery service.We were told we ordered too much stuff,would not fit in truck,but they delivered to the people with small orders,left our stuff at the dock.Nice!!

    I am sorry to hear that the delivery was delayed. This does happen more times than not for the reasons you stated below. If we are short drivers one day or a truck breaks down it will delay deliveries. Those items that were on the truck have to go back to the cross dock and then rescanned and placed on a new truck. I am sure you can understand the time it takes to handle all this product but then still trying to get all other orders out in a timely manner that were already loaded on a truck. With Meyer being as large as we are and suppling as many customers as we have. I believe a few days for us to deliver items is very successful. Considering if you buy from anywhere else they will also have shipments that take days, maybe even weeks depending on if they items get delayed or lost. I have mentioned this concern to your account manager here at Meyer to see what all he can do to provide you with better deliveries going forward. Thank you Case closed

    Horrible service!! Ordered an A/C unit and other parts on 7/12/2024. A/C was in stock for per Meyer for delivery on 7/16. When the delivery driver showed up he only had the two small parts ordered and no a/c unit. Was told it wasn’t loaded on the truck because of no room. Called Meyer was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday had to call again to see if a/c was going to be delivered and was told that not all the drivers showed up so it wouldn’t be delivered Wednesday it was moved to Thursday delivery. On Thursday we had to call again because there has been absolutely nothing from Meyer on this. Was told it was on truck out for delivery and the driver was about an hour out from us this was at 2:30 pm. At 4:30 we called back and was told that the a/c was not on the truck again. We then told that they would make sure it was delivered Friday. So we called Friday morning and again it is not going to be delivered. We called corporate to find out was going on got hung up on a couple of times and a lot of lip service and was told that the only thing that they could do was set it up for delivery on Tuesday 7/23. I told corporate that was unacceptable and was basically told too bad and if I didn’t like the new delivery date they would just cancel the order and I can take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service!! Would not even give one star.

    I apologize for the issues that may have occurred on getting your item delivered. Please be aware that no deliver is guaranteed to deliver on the date it states as you had stated above with all the reasons why it was not delivered. Things happen to where the item may get rolled to a new delivery date. Driver runs out of hours, drivers call in and may be short drivers, or there just may not be room on the truck for all items. No deliver date is a for sure date, but I do apologize that it took many times. We do our best to try and get all items out on their specified dates, but again things happen and that is again not a guarantee. We are all human and try our best but things come up in situations that may not be planned. If you are still needing your ac unit please reach out to your specified representative here at Meyer and I am sure they would be happy to help get you what you are needing. Thanks
