I have used BJ Heating & Cooling for 15+ years and always terrific service but my most recent fall/winter maintenance service was above and beyond. Jayson was very friendly, knowledgeable, sharing his knowledge with me and showing me several things I can do to extend the life of my heat pump. He took his time and explained everything in detail and in a non-mechanical manner that even I understood. Awesome service and fantastic "master" technician. Very happy!! Kudos to Jayson.

Great service. Jayson arrived on time and it was uphill from there. I had scheduled a routine inspection of the HVAC and mini splits, as we had just moved in to the home. As he performed the inspection, it became evident that we needed work beyond the inspection. He was able to extend the time scheduled to complete all work necessary, walking me through and explaining what he was doing and what I needed to do between my semi-annual inspections/cleanings to best maintain my system, and he answered all questions I asked.

2 starsI have been a customer of BJ Heating and Cooling for 12 years. I have had a yearly service plan with them the entire time. This past years service is the first time I have been disappointed. When the technician left the heat pump looked as dirty as it was before he arrived. I contacted Barry the owner and explained my disappointment and he said he was going to come look at the unit. He came out and agreed that the heat pump was dirty on the outside and should have been cleaned better. I will say that he pointed out that the coils were clean. Barry said he was going to schedule a follow up appointment to have the unit cleaned. One month later that follow up appointment has not happened. I admit that I know very little about heating and cooling work but I do know that this is the first time the unit was as dirty on the outside when they left as it was before they arrived. As I explained to Barry it makes me wonder if they are taking short cuts on the inside of the unit if they are not taking time to clean the outside. They increase the price of the service plan ever year and it seems like now you get less service for your money, even when you have been a customer for years. Very disappointed in the service and in the owner who said it did not meet has standards but did nothing about it.Review fromJen S

5 starsJayson of B J Heating and Cooling was sent out to troubleshoot our units and he was punctual, professional, and very pleasant. He was knowledgeable and very informative. He gave great tips on preventative measures and how to keep our systems working properly and efficiently. He was awesome and had a great personality. Definitely recommended!Review fromJenn H

5 starsI bought my furnace/air conditioner unit eight years ago. I have a tri-level home that it heats and cools well and evenly, I have been so pleased with my unit, this company, and their service personnel. I have my unit serviced twice a year, and they do an excellent job and I always learn good tips to protect my unit. I just had my winter furnace service done, Jayson did an awesome job and learned many great tips about the furnace. I would definitely recommend B J Heating & Cooling to my family and friends. So my unit has frozen up three times. I have called bj cooling and they came out and said coil is stop up and Iam out of warranty now. But back in March I was in warranty to get it fixed. They have never check my unit for leaks and now Iam the one that has to pay 1,400.00 to get it fixed.B J Heating & Cooling
