    Placed an order for it took a week to ship, when I noticed the delay I requested if the order didn't ship to be canceled. My sales person ***** told me it shipped but no tracking number available.
    After I received the order noticed some blemishes on the 2 rifles sent photos ***** told me on the phone he will provide it to management and they should return it due to the blemishes on the finish .
    Then he sends me an email end of the day that that's a warranty issue so I'm suppose to go to the manufacturer and from the manufacturer they directed me back to ***** as I bought the firearms from them.
    I told ***** I need to talk with someone from management as per the company policy if product is damage I would get replacement if there is no replacement a refund would be issued.

    Good afternoon. 

    *****'s defective merchandise policy is listed on each customer's invoice. The policy directs the customer to return defective merchandise directly to the manufacturer for any repair or replacement. ***** spoke to the rep of the manufacturer, and they confirmed with us that they would take care of the customer. 

    ***** was under the impression everything was okay because the customer has called ***** a few times looking to purchase more products. We have tried to reach out to the customer again, but with no success.
