  Terrible bank very rude and cash fraudulent checks and refuse to pay back the money. Emily B****** *s a disgrace to this bank and will hang up in your face and will try to con you ! This is my opinion of Emily and this bank.

  First Savings Bank prides itself in providing excellent customer service. We feel this review is not an accurate representation of events. If you have a dispute with the check you wrote, we suggest you contact your financial institution and file a check fraud dispute with them.

  I deposited a check and received a hundred dollars before the check cleared.It remained in my account for days. The night before I had 150 dollars in the bank, I woke up to a 94 dollar overdraft fee.After several.days they decided that the mo ey they cleared when I deposited, that they wouldn't clear and I had to wait 12 days.When I called they were rude and unprofessional.As soon as my check clears,I am closing my account.I have banked with other banks and never had an issue like this.I was told to call the bank and have them verify but that is there job.They also said that it was a mistake but I am held responsible for their mistake.I would not even give one star.

  A few days after my transactions were finalized and posted, they were rearranged into a different order. I had a few dollars in the account but they rearranged it into a way to overdraft. They then charged me overdrafts for those overdrafts until the account was over a negative $315. They then said they see the issue and I wasn’t negative but then said their system messing up wasn’t their problem and said they would only reimbursement $35 after committing fraud and stealing hundred of dollars from the account. NEVER BANK HERE!!!!
