    The customer service I received at this store on 6/22/2024 at around 4:30 pm was appalling. The individual manning the register lacked basic customer service skills and failed to uphold satisfactory standards. When I requested to speak to a manager, they simply pointed in the manager's direction. To compound matters, the food I ordered was carelessly spilled on the counter, and the slice of cake I asked for looked old and smashed, and I was not offered a fresher slice. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect this feedback to reach the store management so they can address these issues and improve their employee training. My experience was only salvaged by a "Lead" who stepped in to assist me. If it wasn't for this individual, I would have demanded a refund and vowed never to return. The employee working at the front register urgently needs thorough customer service training. I trust this feedback will be brought to the attention of their superiors to prevent future customers from enduring such subpar service.
