    Do not use this place for HVAC services. I have a 2-10 Home Warranty service and he was the closest contractor to me.
    I got a call on Tuesday from 2-10 saying Blackwood would give me a call by the end of the day.
    No call, so I call him at the end of the work day. He said yeah I can get to you either Wed. Or Thursday this week. Just let me get back to the office and look at my schedule and will let you know.
    Never got a call back on Tuesday. Wednesday no call at all. Thursday in the afternoon I get tired of waiting, so I call him.
    He says first thing tomorrow morning (Friday) since I am out of his normal service range and he would leave early to be here at around 8AM for me.
    So I call into work for half a day, 8 AM, no show, no call, no text, no update.
    Wait until 10:30, still nothing. I try to call, text, no response. I call my warranty place, they call him, he answers and says he is headed that way right now, his service is less than an hour from my house.
    So I wait until 2:30 PM - still no show. So I call the warranty place again. They can't get ahold of him, so they cancel his service and are going to find me a new contractor.
    Not even 20 minutes after that, he calls me for the first time himself (every other time I had to call) and asked why I canceled.
    I had to miss an entire days work, and going on over an entire week without AC.
    3 different days he said he would be here. Every day, no call, no show. Never even a sorry or apologies.
    It takes 30 seconds to send a text or call and say something came up just running behind.
    I am a union trade worker, and this makes us all look incompetent, unprofessional, and unreliable.
    I even sent him photos of the part numbers, serial numbers, and everything for him before he got here so he could arrive with the parts. Went above and beyond what most customers do.
    Will be letting the warranty company know not to use him.
    I would stay well away.
