    July 11-16 2024 we stayed at this hotel

    The hotel charged an additional $458.35 after we left in 2 separate transactions, on top of the cost of the hotel room that we paid through **********

    The hotel claims we had more than what we said staying there and will not budge on the charges. Now, they are not answer my phone calls. I blocked my number so they would pick up and they did. The manager is away so I have to keep waiting.
    We also found a cockroach in the bathroom, the toilet was broken when we got there, the towels had yellow stains, there was trash left from the previous guests and the breakfast was horrible.
