    MMA monomer is being used at this salon which is illegal. My mom paid to get my nails done and I believe it was about $70 without tip. The salon is very unhygienic, not changing materials between customers and one of the men had a long fingernail that he used to push the sides of my nails in. He was very rough. I cannot get my nails off and they were very gooey.

    My name is minea ****** the manager at Nail Lounge and Spa. I have responded to ***** ***** through her Google review. These are my respond to BBB.

    1. All the products we use are inspected and approved.

    2. Safety and quality are our priority. My employees and I work long hours and many days a week to take care everyone nails and feet, so we are the one who absorb the most chemical, so if we use bad products we will be the first person who expose to the dangerous chemical, the clients only comes every 2 to 3 week. 

    3. ****** ***** got her nail done on March 4th at nail lounge and spa and filed the complaint on March 27th, which is 3 weeks later. Regarding to her review on google, she tried to do her nail at home. I told her it wasn't the regular acrylic, it was the new trend dip-acrylic powder so it might look different. 

    4. Nail Tech can be different, I trained my nail tech properly, but it's out of my control on a little technique that they might be accidentlly use on client, that can cause a little pain.

    5. My only question to ***** ***** is what is your purpose to give us bad review after 3weeks, but not right after? 

    Giving us bad reviews for not true information is unfair to us. Plus, she said my place needed to be shut down, that is too much. Now filed a complaint to BBB.
