      I was sold used shoes. In addition, I was told we would get 20 percent off at checkout and it didn't happen. They have deceptive practices.

      Ordered some boots from them for a hiking trip. They said delivery would be 4-7 days. Two weeks later and after many emails they kept changing story of where boots were. Finally tried to blame me for having an undeliverable address. But ****** sure seems to find me every day. I tried to support a small company but no more. I would just use a reliable company.
