  The WORST COMPANY that has ever made window coverings for my homes! They are disorganized and were unable to make what professed owner, Micaiah, recommended and sold to me. Micaiah never picked up the phone to call to tell me what the hold up was with finished product, which he assured was being continuing to be made in an earlier date conversation. I finally called their business office, way past promised delivery date, was then told by a business office staff member, that they were unable to make the product designed by Micaiah and sold to me. I asked for Micaiah to call me, he never called me to explain, apologize, or have another solution. This company didn’t tell me they couldn’t make product as Micaiah designed and sold to me, until I waited months past their due date and I had to call them on what was the hold up. THe worst part was they installed half the finished product and requested payment, while I was asked to continue to wait on other portion of product to be completed and installed. VERY BAD BUSINESS that Micaiah didn’t even bother to call me to tell me he was unable to make the product he highly endorsed, and then installing half product that is worthless without the other half to complete need. WHO never calls someone, while their customer is patiently waiting on other half of their owner of the company designed product?! I have since had to have draperies costing $4000 made to cover plantation shutters to block out light in bedroom for sleeping. Draperies added a heaviness to room besides extra expense to achieve black out. I would never have chosen this product they suggested for the bedroom, if they had not assured me of quality and suggested product was solution for black out of light. Then when I complained to Charlie, who stated he is partner in this business, he never responds back! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!
