    I purchased tickets through Derby box. In mid-March I contacted them just trying to find out when I was going to be able to get my tickets because they refused to do paper tickets and hold everyone hostage to happen to use an app just to be able to get in which I think is stupid because not a lot of people have phones that use apps. Their response to me was I quote we will have your tickets to you by April 21st 2023. At 8:00 p.m. I had noticed that I still did not have the tickets electronically sent to me in their app I tried to contact them several times throughout the day just trying to touch base with them in communication to find out where they might be how I might get them and when I might get them in the day. I got zero response from them. I tried contacting them through the app no response I tried to contact them through the email that we were communicating back and forth no response I tried to contact them through the website and I still got no response whatsoever. I live across country and I need to get some form of proof of tickets before we leave because I spent a lot of money with this company and again holding us hostage with nothing except for a receipt of me paying for it I want them to finish their job and send me my tickets!

    DerbyBox staff spoke with *** ***** this morning.

    He said he wrote an email on 4/22/2023 to the Better Business Bureau dropping the complaint as he was experiencing technical/server issues on his end which was the reason he was unable to receive the tickets.

    I have attached the email correspondence between ***** ***** (DerbyBox employee) and *** ***** where we last heard from *** ***** that he received the ticket email (dated 4/22/23 10:45):  

       "****** I just got the email now. I went through my deleted,  spam and "all" mail and could not find from the 20th. So I don't know what happened. Thank you for help get this resolved.  Sam"

    Please confirm that the complaint has been cancelled.

    I emailed you the very day I spoke with ***** and said I wanted to cancel the complaint and I never got a response from you guys. If you would have checked your email before contacting Durby Box you would have saved a lot of heartache and time wasted.
