      I would not recommend Ken Pierce for an attorney. My custody case lasted 4 years and 5 months and he was my attorney near the end. I was made to go to mediation(4 attempts) where I did not feel like he was for my interests at all. He wanted me to agree to everything and when I didn’t, he would verbally attack me, yell and coerce/bully me to try and agree. He acted like he was scared to face a judge/go to court. He would cut me off when I would talk and tell me everything I said did not matter. I ended up agreeing in mediation to things that I should not have because I just wanted to be over the massive amount of attorney fees, ridicule and verbal abuse from him, opposing counsel and the mediators. If you want someone to represent you or fight for YOU, DO NOT hire this guy. He’s a real di..head! I have just received my bill(12/17/24) from mediation and mediation was from 2p-5:15p and he charged me for 6 hours. How does a man who stays on his phone texting the whole time and yelling at me to agree to everything the other side wanted need 2 hours and 45 min of preparation fees. Ridiculous!!!
