the business received full claim payments from plan + hsa and repeatedly rebilled us for the claims. this resulted in spending a lot of time providing the business with transaction ids to "prove" they had been paid. the office also threatened to cancel all future appointments for my daughter.

the office continues to harass my child for payment of missed appt fees, d/t the stress of the harassing calls and texts and emails, my daughter was too anxious to complete the appointments and being asked for credit cards to make payments.

the office also lied to her stating "your mom said she wouldnt pay" before i was even made aware of the issue.

we asked the business to adjust the fees d/t their harassment and poor accounting practices and they refuse.

i work for the insurance company, had i been someone who wasnt up to par on claims, i probably would have made additional unnecessary payments. how many people are they doing this to?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience the patient may have experienced.  The payments for the patient came through a new payor source and we did not have good communication with that  payment source.  We have since resolved that issue.  This  created an internal issue resulting in the account showing as outstanding.  We have since spoken with the patient’s mother and apologized for the issue.

Thank you for the resolution of the account and informing us so that we can continue to support and care for your daughter.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
