      I saw ******* ******* ** on 4/25/24. I had a ****** ***** in March. the NP did not have a clue about any of the unreliable info that we discussed. During this conversation, I discovered that the med list that he had was about 15 years old. when I mentioned it, he didn't care and didn't want my new med list. when I went to check out, I mentioned this to the woman checking me out. I told her that I was glad that they didn't get my copay at that time and that I would not be paying for the reasons mentioned above. in late may or early June, I received a bill and called the billing department. I gave them the same info and someone was supposed to call me back. no one ever called me. on July 1st I received another bill and it still said that I owe $30. clearly they haven't done anything about my complaint. I am seeking that they write off/forgive the copay.
      btw, I'm a retired pharmacist and that why I knew that the NP's information was faulty. I did not mention this to the NP but I did mention this when I checked out.
